I have almost completed my Stepp 3, this 3 meter thermaller was designed bike Mike O'reilly and was one of the leading RES models in its day. Paul's albatross is a real ripper to fly, slow and steady, plus the ability to fly on stall is perfect to learn and practice your thermal skills. These are made by or I should say were made by Aeroflyte, but unfortunately they are no longer available. I have the plans and the airfoil templates for anyone wishing to make one.
I guess there maybe better and more current planes available, but still, I alway have a grin on my face flying and then catching it when landing :-)

Long live the Albatross!
